Our Summer Reading Challenge
Get ready for a sunshine‑filled season of stories! Banyan Books teaming up with Sensory Studio, runrun kids store, Chick‑fil‑A Seminole Plaza and Chick-fil-A Tyrone to bring families in west St. Pete and Seminole a summer reading challenge packed with fun, prizes and plenty of imagination to support literacy!
Starting June 2, pick up your reading log at Sensory Studio (9418 Seminole Blvd, Seminole, FL 33772) or runrun kids store (3962 Central Ave, St. Petersburg, FL 33711). For every 20 minutes you read — independently or with a parent or guardian — color in a popsicle and track your favorite books on the back of the log.
When your sheet is full, return it to Sensory Studio or runrun kids store by July 31 to score:
A free Chick‑fil‑A voucher
Sensory Studio drop offs: Earn a free kid’s meal voucher from Chick‑fil‑A Seminole Plaza

A chance to win a book prize basket from Banyan Books
Track your books on the back: We want to hear what you loved reading AND we want to see how to cater our winners’ baskets with books that are age appropriate and fit their interests
